# Xander Shauffele: Using Pelvis Lift for Ground Force

 **Let’s look back at the 2024 Champion, Xander Schauffele**, to see what it took to win:

**Launching with Ground Force**

Xander’s **pelvis lift into impact** is one of the highest on tour—at **3.4”**, he’s well above the **2.9” tour average**. This upward motion helps launch the ball high and far, especially with the driver.

**Unreal Rotation**At impact, Xander gets his **pelvis and chest more open** than most:

- **Pelvis Turn**: 44° (vs. 37.5° tour avg)
- **Chest Turn**: 38° (vs. 30° tour avg)
