What set-up do I need to use Sportsbox 3D Studio?
All Sportsbox 3D Studio setups will require the 3D Studio Software and some form of a camera. We strongly recommend each bay to have 3 of our Sportsbox x AIVIWORKS cameras. 3D Studio was created to be used in indoor spaces, but as long as the cameras can be mounted from Face On and Down the Line, any space is compatible.

What are the advantages of using the Windows Software instead of the handheld device application?
With Sportsbox 3D Studio, you can now use all of the features you love from our app in a formal studio setting. All swings taken can be instantly replayed. All 3d data will be readily available in 3-5 seconds. Auto-detection will be live, so when golfers set up to hit, 3D Studio will automatically capture. Golfers can take as many or as little swings in one go, there will not be a need to start and stop recordings. Overall, the Windows Software will provide for a faster and more powerful experience for both golfers and coaches.
What are the advantages of AIVIWORK cameras instead of the cameras of handheld devices?
AIVIWORK cameras will provide for a crystal clear experience for all swings. Additionally, having three high resolution cameras from 3 different angles whereas a handheld device will only provide recordings from one angle; the cameras will provide for the most accurate experience. 3D Studio provides highly reliable and precise surveillance and data collection. The main difference between the AIVIWORK cameras and cameras of handheld devices is clarity; accuracy of 3d data won’t be affected. Non-Sportsbox x AIVIWORK cameras will not be compatible.
Do I need a launch monitor to operate 3D Studio?
Our software can be used simultaneously with any launch monitor. The launch monitor will reflect the data of your shot while 3D Studio analyzes the 3d movement of your swing. However, having a launch monitor is not required to operate our systems.
