What does TEMPO mean in the Sportsbox 3DGolf app?

TEMPO:

This is an indicator that is shown on the 3D avatar screen.  It is the ratio of the backswing time to the downswing time. For a driver, this is typically around 3 to 1.  A good tempo helps create a powerful transition from backswing to downswing.

Be mindful that the tempo measurement can vary slightly between different systems depending on the definition of the top of backswing.
