Different plans allow for subscribers to be logged into a certain number of devices at the same time
Sportsbox offers two types of plans for its users, and one of the features listed on our Pricing page is "Number of Devices." This feature specifies the maximum number of devices that can be logged in at the same time with a single account.
Users who use the 3D Pro plan can log into two devices while Free or 3D Player plans can only log into one device at a time. For 3D Pro users, they can be logged into two different devices at the same time, such as an iPhone and an iPad. If the user tries to log in to a third device, they will be automatically logged out of one of the previous two devices. This feature ensures account security and prevents unauthorized access to the user's Sportsbox account.
The Number of Devices feature is particularly useful for 3D Pro subscribers who are coaches and need to be logged in to multiple devices simultaneously. For instance, many top-performing coaches use both the iPhone and iPad simultaneously, as they can sync almost instantaneously. This allows them to analyze their students' performance and provide feedback more efficiently.
To utilize this feature:
- Make sure you're LOGGED INTO THE SAME ACCOUNT ON BOTH YOUR IPHONE AND IPAD.
- Make sure the Auto-Upload Feature is toggled on. (Home Page >> Tap on Profile Pic (Top right corner) >> Advanced Settings >> Auto Upload Settings >> Toggle On (Option to Toggle on Cellular Data, as well)
