What is Trail Knee Flexion?
Trail Knee Flexion measures the flexion of the knee farthest away from the target.
Definition: Angle created by your knee farthest away from the target — this area is between the upper leg and lower leg on the lead side. 180 degrees indicates a straight leg and anything less than 180 would indicate a bend of that knee.
