What is Pelvis Side Bend?
Pelvis Side Bend identifies the pelvis tilts and can explain the movement's influence on transition and delivery.
Definition: The sideways bend (side tilt) of your pelvis/hips. Horizontal is zero tilt to the trail side is positive, otherwise negative.

How to Apply Pelvis Side Bend
📍 Top → Impact — Monitor Trail-Side Bend
Track from the top of the swing through impact. Too much trail-side bend can contribute to excessive shallowing, while too little trail-side bend can indicate a steeper transition.
