# Minjee Lee’s Powerful Drives: Creating Ground Force with Pelvis Lift

###  **Speed through Ground Force** 

**Backswing:** Early in her backswing at **BCH** (backswing club shaft horizontal), she is already dropping her pelvis around **1.2"**. Her early pelvis drop allows her to load into the ground.

**Top**: By the **TOP** of her backswing, she's dropped another **0.8"**. That's nearly 2 inches of total drop! This setupset up in her backswing will allow her to use the ground and launch upward as she's going after the ball.
