# How can I get a copy of my Sportsbox 3DGolf subscription receipt or invoice?

## Receipt or invoice

How to get a copy of your Sportsbox 3DGolf subscription receipt or invoice depends on which Platform you used when you initially subscribed:

1. [Log in to the web portal](https://3dgolf.sportsbox.ai/sign-in) with your email and password \>\> 
     1. Click **ACCOUNT** (top left corner) \>\>
     2. Locate the **SUBSCRIPTION PLATFORM** \>\>

2. If the SUBSCRIPTION PLATFORM says: 
     1. **ELAVON** or **STRIPE**, contact [SUPPORT](https://help.sportsbox.ai/kb-tickets/new?hsLang=en) to ask for a copy of your receipt (you can also search your email for the original purchase receipt)
     2. **APPLE**, you can [view your purchase history from the App Store](https://support.apple.com/en-eg/HT204088) 
            1. Open the settings app on your iOS device
            2. Tap your name, then tap Media & Purchases
            3. Tap View Account. You might be asked to sign in.
            4. Tap Purchase History

1. 1. **GOOGLE**, you can [view your order history on Google Play](https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2850369?hl=en)           
            1. On your Android device, open the Play Store
            2. At the top right, tap your profile icon
            3. Tap Payments & subscriptions. Budget & history.
            4. Tap Purchase history
