Approved devices - iPads or Tablets
The app is currently optimized for iPads:
- iPad Pro (6th/5th)
- iPad Air (5th/4th)
- iPad (10th/9th/8th) generation
We recommend using an iPad Pro for best results, but any of the listed devices are compatible.
At this time, the Sportsbox 3DGolf app is not optimized for Android tablets.
To use your iPad:
You are able to use the camera to record videos on the iPad if the main camera allows a minimum of 120fps for videos. If you are having issues with videos, please check your camera setting: make sure “Record Slo-mo” is at a minimum of 120fps.
Please make sure to “upload” the videos to our server from your device (either iPhone or iPad) so you can access them on different devices.
If you have a different Generation of iPad, please check the specifications:
- Minimum of 120fps (to record videos) - check specifications for the front and back cameras if you want to use the iPad for recording videos. If you are using the iPad to analyze videos, the camera specifications do not matter.
- Some iPad selfie (front) cameras do not support 120fps, so they can not be used to record videos in the app. Please check your device specifications and settings.
- Update to the latest iOS version. We support iOS version 14 or higher.
- There may be display issues and we aren't able to guarantee compatibility for devices and iOS other than the ones we recommended.
