4. You should get this pop-up when you complete the form successfully. Please email contact@sportsbox.ai to let us know your submission is entered. We will approve it and confirm for you.
Please write down your Name (as submitted in the form), email address (that your submission is attached to), and a copy of your certificate in your email.
