How to Apply Club Thrust
📍 Through Impact — Monitor Club Thrust
Track the clubhead's forward and backward movement through impact to understand how the club is being delivered.
📍 Look for Centered Contact
Club Thrust can provide insight into where contact may occur on the clubface. A more negative Club Thrust can indicate contact toward the toe, while a more positive Club Thrust can indicate contact toward the heel.
📍 Use the Data to Refine Delivery
Compare Club Thrust across swings to identify patterns in club delivery and help players work toward more consistent, centered contact.
