How to Apply Chest Side Bend
📍 At Address to the Top — Check the Change in Bend
Compare at address and at the top. Understand how the player's chest posture changes throughout the backswing.
📍 P5 → P7 — Monitor Side Bend
Monitor Chest Side Bend through the downswing and into impact. Look for excessive or insufficient trail-side bend, which can indicate differences in how the player is managing their posture and rotation through impact.
